blueberry and just a hint of blackberry flavors. A touch of black licorice with just a bit of sweet
vanilla and baking spice highlights the Cabernet Sauvignon in this blend.

Winemaking Notes:
The majority of this blend is from the home estate in Calistoga, the warmest region in Napa Valley.
Achieving peak ripeness and harvested early in the season, this has classic Calistoga fruit flavors
with a solid core of earthy notes followed by firm tannins, perfect for cellaring.
