At Ludwig Fine Wine, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if your wine is corked or damaged during transit, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened for reasons other than quality defects.
Report the Issue
Contact our sommelier support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the defect or damage.
Provide Verification
Attach high-resolution photos of the damaged packaging or the specific cork and label to help our quality control team verify the claim.
Secure the Bottle
If requested, re-seal the remaining contents with the original cork and place the bottle back into its protective shipping container to ensure a safe return.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is inspected at our temperature-controlled facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle immediately.
