The blend changes every year but this one is 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, all concrete and no aging. Just fresh with red fruit notes. Medium to full-bodied richness, beautiful purity and light tannin. Decant before drinking with a sandwich or a bowl of pasta.
