We are excited to release our 2023 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc! After adding this widely beloved varietal to our lineup only five years ago, the overwhelmingly positive response has been invigorating.

Continuing to refine and improve our techniques, we decided to break the harvest into two distinctly different halves based on grape maturity. The first pick in late September ensured bright acidity and freshness and the second in mid-October contributed opulence and richness, delivering the best of both worlds as a final blend. During cold fermentation and ageing we encouraged further complexity by utilizing 48% American Oak barrels, 33% stainless steel barrels, and 19% concrete tanks. The wine maintains its 100% certified organic varietal purity from the Yountville AVA in Napa Valley.

Complex, ripe, and seamless, aromas of fresh nectarine, green apple, and candied lemon lead into ginger and pineapple. Round and lush on the palate, fresh flavors of lemon curd, pear, and ripe citrus are complemented by refreshing acidity that leads into a long and smooth finish of grapefruit, leaving you eager for more.
