The light lemon color, nuanced with golden and green reflections, is shimmering and luminous. The calm and regular effervescence is made up of very fine bubbles.

The expression is floral (honeysuckle, lilac) enhanced with citrus notes on a touch of fresh butter and crème fraîche. After a few minutes of aeration, the notes of evolution and aging appear and enrich the whole: the nose is complex, fine, with lots of character.

When the wine warms slightly, the expression becomes more “racy”. The wine then expresses spicy notes of ginger and lemongrass. We especially notice the very good quality of the acidity which maintains the desire throughout the tasting. These various sensations produce an overall creamy and harmonious texture.

The finish is clean, slightly mineral and long. The last impression refers to grapefruit and leaves the memory of a dynamic and vigorous wine.
