Veso 'Solstice' Aperitif 750 ML

art citrus and bright strawberry. This aperitif is infused with heaps of organic strawberries and citrus peels. Sip chilled over ice for a sophisticated cocktail, or with a splash of sparkling water as a spritz. Not too sweet, with just the right balance of bitterness.

For batch 004, we infused 1100 pounds of organic strawberries from Watsonville, California, along with the peels from 2000 pounds of organic grapefruit and oranges from Southern California. All the fruit was processed at our winery on Treasure Island (strawberries were individually hulled, and citrus was peeled), and infused into California Grape Spirits (from our neighbors on Alameda), along with Sauvignon Blanc from Sonoma County.

 

Tastes Like: Tart citrus, California beaches, strawberry lemonade, summer fruit, lightly bitter
