Turley Petite Syrah Hayne Vineyard Napa Valley 2022 750 ML

The Hayne vineyard was planted to Petite Syrah back in 1953 when Otty Hayne e was home from college visiting his grandfather. To this day the vines remain head-trained, dry-farmed, and organic and it's iconic reputation is just one of the reasons Turley has worked with it as long as they have. The wines see only natural yeasts in the fermentation process and are aged in 80% used French oak, with the remaining American.
95 POINTS  VINOUS
The 2022 Petite Syrah Hayne Vineyard is full of character. Earthy, floral and savory notes dominate at this stage, as do bright acids and searing tannins. This dense Petite, with terrific depth and textural intensity, is sure to be long lived. Yields were a measly 1.1 tons per acre.
