Ripe with toasted baking spices of nutmeg and cardamom, the Senses 2021 Pinot Noir MCM88 is lush with black and blue fruit, black raspberry liqueur, and forest floor. Full-bodied without being weighted, it’s expressive, with rounded fruit that fills the palate with notes of black cherry, dark soil, and toasted cedar. It has a slightly more primary nature but will age well over the next 15 years.
