Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes; grown on limon and granite limestone soils in Paris-L’Hospital (in the Maranges just south of Santenay); barrel fermented; aged in mix of 2nd and 3rd pass French oak barrels for 12 months; racked into stainless steel for 6 months before bottling.
