The Paloma 2021 vintage is 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet, all estate grown, and it's even more gorgeous than years past. It is a big, world-class red wine capable of improving with bottle age for many years. Complex aromas of black berry fruits, chocolate, tobacco, spice and floral notes with mineral overtone. On the palate the wine has a big silky mouth feel, well balanced with flavors of berries, fruit, cocoa, and spice, with a long spicy, velvety finish.
