Naturale orange vermouth is made from the local gape Moscato, left to macerate several days on its skins. Like Sicily’s best orange wines, it’s delightfully tangy and floral, with warming flavors of golden raisin and apricot that hint towards autumn. Perfect before dinner served simply on the rocks (particularly if tagine is on the menu), though also in place of Suze for a killer riff on a White Negroni.
