The 2022 'Red Wine' is a Cabernet Sauvignon–driven blend, complemented by
Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Harvested by varietal between late August and midSeptember, the fruit was hand-sorted and destemmed before fermenting on skins for
an average of 19 days. The wine underwent 30 months of aging: 20 months in neutral
large-format vessels including foudre and 500L puncheons, followed by 10 months in
concrete and neutral 225L barrels.
