Winemaking
A wine with its own style, made with indigenous grape varieties. Cold pre-maceration of the grapes for 24 hours. Long fermentation of 20 to 24 days with indigenous yeasts and daily manual punch-downs. Aged for 6 months in 225-liter French oak barrels (Quercus Petrès), fine-grained and medium-light toasted.
Tasting notes
COLOR
Clean and bright with fine, fast-falling tears. Very vivid ruby color with cardinal highlights.
AROMA
Fresh wine with an intense and pleasant impression. It gives off notes of berries and currants. Aromas characteristic of aging are also present, highlighting a balsamic, mentholated, and licorice background.
PALATE:
It has a lively and dynamic mouthfeel, enveloping and silky, leaving the mouth imbued with fruity notes. The aftertaste is long and intense, lingering with the aromas from the nose.
