La Caprichosa is a single-varietal Verdejo wine made in vineyards located in the Rueda area (Pollos and La Seca), which are over 30 years old. After aging on lees for 4 months, a very aromatic wine is obtained, with notes of hay, citrus and balsamic touches . Ideal to enjoy with seafood, fish, foie and aged cheeses.
