This 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon has power and finesse, having aged for two years in barrel and three years in bottle before release. The tannins are chalky and fine, making this wine very approachable now with potential to age for another 10 years. On the nose, aromas of baking spices and mocha jump out of the glass along with black plum and gravely minerality. The palate is brighter with more red fruits, black pepper, and balanced acidity.
