Our Bourbon whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels that help impart flavor to our previous “Half Moon Shine” Jetty Barrel Bourbon is completed with flavors like caramel, honeysuckle, almonds, and cinnamon from resting in our harbor based distillery. Each cask presents its own unique flavor of whiskey depending on its barrel size and time aged. Our lack of whiskey blending makes for a new experience every time!
