Jean Marc Millot Les Crucibees haute Cote De Beaune 2022 750ml

Variety: Pinot Noir

Jean Marc Millot has been run by Alix Millot since 2016, and since then many people have taken notice. Taking the foundation of tradition set by her father and taking direction from the land and climate, Alix has managed to give us vintage after vintage of solid Burgundy bangers. Her father bought the domaine in the early 80’s, cultivating in a conventional way until he stopped using pesticide and fertilizer in the early 2000’s. Alix took this a step further by going fully organic. Low intervention is the name of the game, so in addition to the traditional bottlings the estate has always made, a fully natural line has been introduced, which “Les Crucibees” is a part of. Sometimes the grape doesn’t fall far from the vine!
