Their Croix Au Garde vineyard in Sancerre comprises four hectares of 35 year old vines planted on pebbly clay and limestone soils. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and sorted, then fermented and matured on their lees in a mix of stainless steel tanks and wooden vats. These are wines of finesse and precision which beautifully reflect their individual terroirs.
