Domaine Genot Boulanger Meursault Clos Du Cromin 2023 750ml
Historically planted with Pinot Noir, then Chardonnay, this is an emblematic plot for the estate, as it was for many years the only appellation of Meursault. Located on the northern slope bordering Volnay, our 1.42-hectare plot faces south/southeast. The soils are deep and quite clayey, with the lower slopes containing a significant amount of bedrock. TASTING -
The aromas are still of white fruits, but they come from the south: vine peaches and white peaches, and the orchard is enhanced by a skillful touch of oak that highlights it. A nose that promises indulgence.
The palate follows, it is sensual, both concentrated and relaxed. The wine is round - but not too much! Its fruit asserts itself on the cheeks before gently stretching. A Meursault without any harshness, full of charm.
