This is a delightful white made in a protective way by hand harvesting the healthiest grapes and fermenting in stainless steel. It has an appealing pale-yellow colour with hints of green and pronounced aromas consisting of a mixture of citrus fruits and flowers. The combination of marl, flint and limestone gives the wine its distinctive mineral character. This minerality is complemented by round peach notes and a subtle springtime blossom character. The palate is fresh and crisp, with a round and yet structured mouthfeel and flavours that linger on the finish.
