100% Vermentinu from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Piedigriggio, central Corsica. Harvested by hand, whole-cluster pressed, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. Aged 6–9 months on fine lees without bâtonnage. The 2023 vintage is bright and saline—citrus peel, white flowers, and wet stone—delivering a precise, mineral-driven expression of Corsican terroir.
