Distilled two times and aged for 16 months in White Oak Bourbon Barrels, this tequila is exceptionally smooth with soft agave taste, perfect for sipping. Casa Maestri was founded by Michael and Cecelia Maestri who moved from Houston, Texas to Jalisco, Mexico to found Destiladora del Valle de Tequila. The agave is selected for high sugar content and baked in traditional stone ovens in an effort to craft authentic and high-quality tequila. They use small-batch, pot still method of distillation.
