Our Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is true to its cool-climate origins—an elegant, restrained style. Fermented with native yeasts in small, open-top tanks; a portion with the grape stems to add spice and structure. Aging in French oak barrels prepares the individual lots for final blending, after which the blended wine barrel-aged for additional months. The finished Starscape Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir offers a provocative and swirling mélange of aromas and flavors. Lush bing cherry, raspberry and fine-grained tannins, spice, and flinty mineral notes.
