Fruit Source: Milo and Castiglione di Sicilia

Winemaking Notes: Maceration in steel tanks for 6-10 days. Aging in 500-liter chestnut barrels for 12 months. Bottling after 18 months from the harvest.

Tasting Notes: Acidity, tannin, fresh fruit and minerality, this Etna Rosso has it all. Drinking beautifully now, this will age for at least 15 years. Tannic but not aggressive, well compensated by a strong acidity and a fresh and persistent fruit.                                               Country: Italy
