“The Sauvignon Blanc-dominated 2021 Estate Blanc (which includes 6% Semillon) sports a vivid yellow/gold hue to go with a beautiful, Bordeaux Blanc-like array of ripe lemon, honeyed orange, flower oil, and sappy, minty herb nuances.
