Grapes : 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir

Harvest : Between mid-August and early September when the grapes have reached the correct sugar maturation, but still retain considerable acidity and freshness
Maturation : Minimum 24 months of refinement on the yeasts.

Aroma: Rich and intense
Flavour : Full with a strong acidic vein
