Tones ranging from light green to pale green with amber reflections, with medium body and high viscosity. On the nose, fire roasted green poblanos, charred tropical fruit, and smoke. Notes of golden roasted pineapple, a touch of savory acidity, and the bright taste of green chiles, finishing with rich texture and piquant heat.
