This Salinas-style IPA strikes a sublime balance between a West Coast rippers and a sweeter, softer, Hazy IPA. We designed the grist to achieve an inviting amount of body without sacrificing drinkability and then fermented it with a neutral yeast strain so that the hops and grain could speak for themselves. Citra and Strata lend creamy orange and berries. Audacia adds a pleasant floral touch and kick of lychee that plays right into the earthy passion fruit and peach of Galaxy.
