This West Coast IPA is absolutely brimming with Southern Hemisphere hop oils, thanks to irresponsibly large additions of Nelson, Riwaka, Galaxy and Waimea. A mist of Sauv Blanc- diesel curls around notes of passion fruit and guava. Each sip leaves behind the essence of apricot, peach and kiwi in its wake. A mellow bitterness and a crisp, clean, finish make it hard to put down. It's a beauty.
